3727075LINKÖPING, SWEDEN, July 16, 2015 – SenionLab, creators of the world’s most powerful indoor positioning system, appointed Torbjörn Lundquist as its Vice President of Engineering. Lundquist brings his experience as a development and agile coach at prominent Swedish companies. In his new role, Lundquist is responsible for increasing SenionLab’s value proposition by developing new functions that will simplify the use, installation and maintenance of the company’s indoor positioning system (IPS).

“The world is ready for IPS and I am excited to help steer the direction of the technology that makes it possible and practical,” Lundquist said. “We’ve got a powerful solution upon which developers can build amazing and creative location-based services, and in my role I’ll be working closely with developers and customers to further enhance our offering.”

Prior to joining SenionLab, Lundquist served as an agile coach at Autoliv Electronics, Softube AB, and Wolfram MathCore, and in various engineering and management positions at Context Vision AB, Combitech Systems AB, SAAB Security and Defense Solutions, Motorola, and GratisTel. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
